About Me

Like many of us I’ve always been sensitive and gifts of learning to sense and read people’s energy came with this sensitivity as I learned to navigate a sometimes hostile environment growing up – my family fought and argued…. however anxiety was also a result of this experience.  I also learned to hold space specifically for my mother who was experiencing difficulties with life due to childhood trauma when she would share this with me during our alone time.

My mother became a born again Christian when I was about 9 years old and I did too briefly until I decided it wasn’t for me.

Life went on good and bad where I was pretty closed off to religion and spirituality and I turned to drinking in my teens and later added drugs and partying as a way of self medicating. It wasn’t until my early 30s travelling in India that my spiritual journey sparked up after a beautiful awareness of the divine within feeling this suddenly energetically after a massage in Rishikesh. After that I was hooked and went on to learn yoga and Reiki and study Tibetan Buddhism in both India and Nepal. Later I moved to Australia where I studied Reiki further and became certified in Crystal light healing and started working on the public. Later I introduced Lomi lomi massage and sound healing – shamanic drum, crystal and Tibetan bowls and I also started channelling Light language and intuitive guidance.

A few years ago I started studying the work of Cornelius Christopher called Oneo quite intensely through group work and one on ones which brought about a much deeper trust, awareness and surrender to my journey and consciousness and a greater understanding of who I am and who I am not. Cornelius had a profound awakening and with it came an extraordinary abilities the most significant is his connection with consciousness and how he can bring though information that is required from the quantum and he can connect to anyone’s consciousness directly and access their truth for the highest good and he has helped many people in many ways. I am currently based in Clifton springs on the Bellarine peninsula in Victoria. I currently offer 1:1 sessions online via video call to support awakening souls on their journey. I also provide free videos transmitting intuitive guidance with light language for additional support on social media (see links at the bottom of the page).

I work from the heart channeling consciousness verbally and energetically allowing for deep shifts, clarity, expansion and profound healing.

My intention is to help people be free in an empowered and present way. I hold space for you to free yourself, there is no fixing or forcing, more of an allowing and understanding through the recognition of truth and the insights that come with this. Allowing you to naturally release energetically, emotionally and somatically.
